Comes with 2 pieces. You put ice in between the two and twist, as ice rubs against small blade it produces shaved ice. Does not come with any other components, easy to use. Unknown Japanese brand, original price is about in Japanese Yen. Will be washed but has some cosmetic wear, piece that rubs against blade has some scratches.
