Complete with Operation Manual. The Optical Comparator is a precision measuring instrument. It has two components, an Optical System and a precise mechanical stage.  The optics consist of a condensing lens, an objective lens, a lighting system and a mirror system that work together to project a precise magnified image on the screen. The Bech Model staging is a manual rack and pinion system with dovetail surfaces, horizontally and vertically. Dial indicators were added to both axial movements for precise measuring.
