    Designed for the professional chocolatier, the Revolation 2 is a conventional space efficient tabletop tempering machine, which melts, tempers, sets, and holds up to 1.5 lbs of chocolate to 2/10 of a degree Fahrenheit. Daily output of 10 lbs. per day. A serious tool for a demanding environment.
