    This half-size aluminum bun pan has a high-strength steel wire completely sealed within the rim, allowing it to be NSF® approved to meet health code standards. In addition to the sanitation benefits of this design, the pan's StayFlat® technology increases the strength and longevity of the item. The aluminum bun pan features sidewalls that are continuously reinforced with a horizontally engineered rib to improve its strength up to 30%. Plus, it is made using a manufacturing method that creates a residual tensile stress in the underside to prevent bowing or denting. The aluminum bun pan also has a slightly concave bottom that will flatten during heating to ensure even heat distribution. The DuraShield®, a dark green floropolymer non-stick coating, is good for approximately 3500 releases.
