Antique Chicago Metallic Aluminized Steel Bread Pans 3 Strap. Excellent pre-owned condition! Used in a commercial bakery. Each bread pan measures approximately 12 1/4” long, 4” wide, and 2 3/4” deep. The entire strapped piece measures approximately 20 1/4” wide 12 1/4” long and 2 3/4” deep. Aluminized steel is steel that has been hot dip-coated with an aluminum silicon alloy and results in higher qualities of heat reflectivity and corrosion resistance in the presence of heat. These pans are wonderful for baking and easily wipe clean. MADE IN THE USA.
